Chocolate sponge!

This is the recipe for basic Victoria sponge. Even though I have used this recipe many times, it's a really good one for people who only have the basic ingredients. For this recipe you will need cocoa powder too.
The filling is a (shop bought) chocolate fudge and seen as its fruit picking season, we made some raspberry jam to go with it! Finally as a a finishing touch, we dusted some icing sugar over it. Tip: If you want your cake to rise more, then put in a teaspoon of baking powder. But be careful not to use too much or the cake might collapse. This cake is super tasty and I hope you will agree once you make it! :)
